What will you be doing as a Sales Specialist with English and French?
As a Sales Specialist at SOEN, you will engage in activities aimed at increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and business development. These include:
- Actively seeking new customers mainly in the DACH market through various channels such as the internet, trade fairs, social networks, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, including installers, builders, developers, and other companies in the energy industry.
- Providing professional service to existing customers, answering their questions, resolving problems, and providing technical support.
- Advising customers on the selection of suitable photovoltaic products, tailored to their needs and requirements.
- Receiving and processing orders from customers.
- Coordinating with the warehouse department to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimize stock levels.
- Monitoring the photovoltaic market, trends, and competition.
- Liaising with the marketing department to promote the company’s products and services.
- Participating in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other events to promote SOEN.
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales results.
What do we expect?
We are looking for people who can communicate fluently in English and French (B2 level is the absolute minimum). We expect proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Previous experience in the photovoltaic industry is a big plus! If you are familiar with various solar panels and have knowledge of the latest technologies, we are ready to welcome you with open arms.
